Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your own use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the product or any part of it (including the SQL Agent database schema, structure, or contents) to any third party.
SQL Agent Specific Restriction: The SQL Agent database and its schema are licensed for use on up to two (2) machines owned or controlled by the purchaser. You may not copy, duplicate, extract, modify, or redistribute the database structure or data for the purpose of reselling, relicensing, or offering it to others, whether as a standalone product or as part of another service. Any such activity constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your own OpenClaw environment. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product files without written permission.
Refunds, if offered for a product, are governed by the terms shown at checkout or in the product description at the time of purchase.
Included support covers product installation and product questions. It does not include custom engineering, unlimited implementation work, or general-purpose managed services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClaw Central is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the site, products, or support.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
